National Institute of Siddha has participated in the 10th AYUSH Natural World Expo (Mega Goa World Expo) from 04 – 06th August 22 at the Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Indoor AC Stadium, Panaji, Goa. Shri. Shripad Yesso Naik, Hon’ble Minister of State for Tourism and Ports, Shipping and Waterways graced the Expo with his blessings. Shri. Dr. Pramod Sawant, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Goa inaugurated the event formally. Dr. K. Suresh, Dr. V. Manjari, Associate Professors and Dr. A. Siva, Dr. P. Carolin, Dr. R. Dibesh, Dr. N. Archana, PG Scholars and Shri. J. Balaji, LDC participated as NIS stall exhibitors.
More number of residents from in and around Panaji city visited the stall and enquired about Siddha system of medicine and its uniqueness. Other stall exhibitors also enthusiastically visited the NIS stall
