National Institute of Siddha organized Five days Workshop on “Basic Research Techniques and practices of Laboratory Animal Care” from 26.09.2022 to 30.09.2022 for the Siddha postgraduate students of this institute. This is the 12th consecutive year the institute has been conducting this workshop.
The inaugural function of the workshop was held on 26.09.2022 at National Institute of Siddha. The Director, Prof. Dr. R. Meenakumari, NIS in her presidential note mentioned that the workshop is aimed to teach basic research methodology and handling of laboratory animal to the PG scholars of NIS to undertake preclinical research in Siddha Medicine.
