National Institute of Siddha (NIS) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Chettinad Academy of Research and Education (CARE) on 31.03.2022 (Friday).
The aim of this MoU is to exchange knowledge, information related to research and enhance the interaction between two institutes towards common mission of achieving excellence in Medical education, research and patient care and building the evidence based Siddha Medical Care.
The Director NIS, Prof. Dr. R. Meenakumari and Mrs. S. Jeyendrasaraswathi, the registrar, CARE signed the MoU document at National Institute of Siddha, Chennai
Dr. B. R. Senthilkumar of NIS and Dr. A. Ahamed Basha from CARE have been nominated as Nodal contact to undertake activities of MoU.
Prof. Dr. M. Meenakshi Sundaram, Dean(i/c), Prof. Dr. G. J. Christian, Hospital Superintendent(i/c) of NIS and Dr. R. Arunkumar, Vice principal, Chettinad Hospital and Research Institute were present during the occasion.
