QUERY AND CLARIFICATION FOR THE POST OF LOWER DIVISION CLERK VIDE EMPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION NO.05/2022 – DATED 23.6.2022 
1) Question: Can I Know last date for filling LDC ?
Reply: The last date for submission of application for the post of LDC is 29th August, 2022.
2) Question:
i) In LDC application form S.No.4 Educational Qualifications is whether mandatory to fill or not. This has to be filled while education qualification is equivalent for that only I have to fill so shall I leave that entire tabular column blank or have to mention not applicable like that.
ii) In S.No.5 Educational Qualification alone shall I fill from 10th to Degree or Diploma is at OK. In Educational Qualification in 10th and 12th classess or not awarded for that so shall I leave it blank or anything have to be filled in Division column. But in degree class was awarded to me.
iii) In subjects column all subject has to be fill or for 10th Simply mention general and for 12th major subjects physics, chemistry, Maths and Computer science is it enough.
Reply:
i) It is mandatory to fill S.No.4 as per your Educational qualification.
ii) In S.No.5 as per your educational qualification you have to fill i.e. starting from High School. i.e., 10th, 11th, 12th to Degree or diploma to degree.
iii) In subject column all subject has to be filled for 10th and 12th and for degree major subject only.
3) Question:
As he/she is working in Central Government (Autonomous Body) in contractual basis, in application form shall I fill like their format it will be ratified by the Institute.
Reply:
The application form should be submitted as provided in NIS website. In respect of persons working on contract basis, it is not required to be forwarded by the employer. Experience Certificate can be attached along with the application form.

CORRIGENDUM (dated 07.07.2022)
1. The cost of application form for the post of Lower Division Clerk notified vide Employment Notification No.05/2022 published in the Newspapers on 23.06.2022 may be read as Rs.500/- instead of Rs.750/-. Hence the candidates submitting application form for the post of Lower Division Clerk are required to submit Demand Draft for Rs.500/- only along with application form.
2. There is no change in the cost of application form for other posts included in the notification and the exemption criteria.
3. It is clarified that since all the posts covered under the Employment Notification No.05/2022 are unreserved, relaxation of age is not applicable in terms of clause no.5.13 of the pg.no.41of the DoPT OM. No.A36011/1/2013-Estt(Res)dated 23rd January 2014.
